The Ross-Carlisle Group has been tasked to locate a Packaging Program Manager for a leading manufacturing packaging company located in Texas. This position is direct hired and full time and reports directly to the company's CTO.
The selected individual is responsible for managing the development and execution of complex single and multi-material packaging solutions projects from conception to completion — including designing, developing, and testing within large appliances, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, pharmaceuticals, and related products.
This position will have leadership responsibilities within the Innovation team and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that packaging meets the requirements of our customers, is cost-effective, and meets regulatory compliance.
The position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
